Start a return
1. Submit a Return Form
Click Return request to submit your return request. or Send an email to support@epoch-x.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Send Back the Item
Place the product and the enclosed return form back in the box. Securely seal the box and lodge it with the *Designated courier service
3. Receive a Refund
You will receive a refund in 7 days after returns be inspected.

Return Window

Products can be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery, and the returned items must comply with our terms of purchase. 
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, and the product must be sent back within 7 days after the return number is issued.

Guidelines for Returns

  • Full refunds including shipping costs will be provided for misdeliveries caused by defects or errors.
  • Returns will be thoroughly inspected and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. 
  • Please note that full refunds will only be given if the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered. 
  • Deductions may be made from the refund if the returned product is not in perfect condition. 
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were shipped. 
  • Products can only be returned to the same address from which they were originally shipped.

Return Costs

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Is exchange available?
We do not offer exchange services to minimize shipping errors. For a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.  Exchanges are only made in exceptional cases of product defects
