or Send an email to support@epoch-x.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Send Back the Item
Place the product and the enclosed return form back in the box.
Securely seal the box and lodge it with the *Designated courier service
3. Receive a Refund
You will receive a refund in 7 days after returns be inspected.

Return Window
Products can be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery, and the returned items must comply with our terms of purchase.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, and the product must be sent back within 7 days after the return number is issued.

Is exchange available?
We do not offer exchange services to minimize shipping errors. For a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order. Exchanges are only made in exceptional cases of product defects
