1. Warranty Information

Our products are covered under a limited warranty for manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase, in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Under this limited warranty, we provide free replacement or refund services for functional issues caused by manufacturing defects.

2. Process

In case of product defect, please contact us at support@epoch-x.com within two months after the defect is identified. Always refer to your order number in communications with us, including the claim area and a description of the claim. If the product is deemed defective, we will include shipping costs for the claim return and offer a free replacement or a full refund, according to the customer's preference.

3. Warranty Conditions

The order number issued at the time of purchase or the order confirmation email must be provided. If the order number or order confirmation email is not provided, We will not offer the benefits of the limited warranty.

4. Exclusions from Warranty

Wear and tear or aging of appearance due to prolonged use of the product. Damage due to abnormal use or misuse, lack of care, negligence, accidents, improper use of the watch, or failure to follow instructions provided by us. Alterations or replacements of the product through unofficial channels.

5. Your statutory rights under consumer law

This Limited Warranty gives you specific rights in addition to, and not instead of, statutory rights which you may be entitled under consumer law and which may vary depending on the country where you purchased your watch. The Limited Warranty does not exclude, modify or reduce those statutory rights. For a comprehensive understanding of your rights, we encourage you to review the laws of your country, including those in connection with the conformity of goods with a sales contract.
Specific Terms for Republic of Korea:
For any issues in relation to consumer protection and related disputes that are not addressed in the Limited Warranty, the Framework Act on Consumer would apply.
Specific Terms for Mainland China:
Your product comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the laws of China, including Consumer Protection Law.
Specific Terms for United Kingdom:
This Limited Warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under UK law, which cannot be excluded. In addition to your rights above, your product comes with statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 that are not affected by this Limited Warranty.

6. Product Care Guide

Safety and Handling
All our products are designed with longevity in mind from the production stage. We highly recommend reading our guidelines carefully for sustainable use.

Basic Handling Information 
Keep the product away from heat and direct sunlight. Avoid exposure to chemicals like hairspray, soap, and perfume as they can cause metal discoloration or oxidation. Also, water and humidity can have an adverse effect, so we advise not storing them in bathrooms. To prevent damage, be cautious to avoid collisions with hard surfaces.
Storage
It is recommended to store each item individually in the original packaging or a soft pouch. Keep them away from direct sunlight.

Cleaning
We recommend cleaning with a soft cloth or a specialized cleaning kit. For gemstones, professional maintenance by a jeweler or a gemstone workshop is advised.
